The octagon will take center stage this Saturday on February 23rd from the Honda Center in Anaheim California as mixed martial arts history will be set on PPV with the first two women headlining the main event. UFC 157 betting lines and odds favor Ronda Rousey in her bout vs Liz Carmouche at 157 while odds also have Lyoto Machida favored in his fight vs Dan Henderson.
